Alana Thompson, the 6-year-old who’s known as Honey Boo Boo to fans of the behind-the-scenes beauty pageant series “Toddlers & Tiaras,” will be the star of her own TLC series, the network announced Thursday.
“Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” scheduled to debut in August, will focus on Thompson’s pageant dreams while also chronicling her life out of the spotlight in rural Georgia. The docu-series will also feature Honey Boo Boo’s family: mom June; chalk-mining dadSugar Bear; and sisters Lauryn/ Pumpkin, 12, Jessica/ Chubbs, 15, and Anna/Chickadee, 17, who is pregnant.
I always new this girl would get her own show. I will admit that this child entertains me!
