Good thing last year Kristen Stweart was the highest paid actress, because she may need that nest egg for this year.
There is chitter chatter that K-Stew has been dropped from sequel plans of Snow White and the Huntsman, but the real was reported by Los Angeles Times that according to Universal, K-Stew could still be included in the movie, but the movie wouldn’t be centered around her character.
Although it doesn’t seem like she was fired, but it does sound like one hell of a demotion. If her role in the next installment of the franchise is not major, that means a pay cut, and since how everything has played out in public, this can’t be good for the resume.
A Universal rep told Hollywood Reporter:
“The studio is currently exploring options to continue the franchise”
Which means…. if we can figure a way to successfully create a sequel without K-Stew’s slore self we will….
One of their game plans is to create a spinoff style movie that would exclude ”Snow White” and star Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron.
(…scratching my head, while I’d probably watch anything with Chris Hemsworth in it….but if the movie doesn’t have Snow as a major player , is it a continuation?? That’s like Back to the Future II with being centered around Doc’s Character)
How this plays out will be interesting. This K-Stew-R-Patt disaster is crazy. Kristen comes off as this mildly depressed person with inadequate self-esteem, and come to light, she’s a player! These are the women that are silent but deadly when it comes to matters of the heart.
Then again can we truly get the real scope of a Actor/Actress personality when it’s their job to pretend to be someone else?
